We love these delicate, beautiful images from the book, Tantra Song by the French Poet Franck André Jamme who spent time with modern day Tantrikas in Rajasthan who create these paintings as part of their spiritual practice. The visual expression of meditative experiences, the bold vibrancy of graphic shapes with a wispy, vibrational fragility make them at once recognisable on a universal level, resonating beyond the eye. Produced in a state of rapture, the paintings are left to dry and then pinned to the wall to use in meditation practice to enliven expanded states of consciousness.
