Kind /kʌɪnd/

Origin: Old English cynd(e), related to kin. Meaning: ‘nature, the natural order’; also ‘innate character, form, or condition’.

Never has there been a better time to learn to meditate, to access a sense of calm in the eye of the storm and find a way to flow with life as it is. We’re dedicated to sharing a simple, practical effortless mantra based technique we know helps bring feelings of connection, community, creativity and freedom from anxiety. Practised daily it moves us towards that place in which we find clarity, strength, ease and love - the heart. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or a complete beginner, we invite you to join us.

“One touch of nature makes the whole world kin”

William Shakespeare

Meditation is an open, honest encounter with your true nature. It’s just you. As you truly are. Here and now. By the daily practice of patient listening, of stillness, of kindness in which we neither reject nor attach to anything - be it beauty or ugliness, be it love or hate - we move closer to our true nature. This path is not always easy. It requires kindness at every turn. Kindness to oneself and to others. Kindness sustains us. And perhaps if we allow ourselves kindness we might grow to give kindness to others, and who knows where that might end?
